Solved K 3.0.2 message preview not working

A quick followup to two previous questions: I am using Firefox and JSON is enabled.

By disabling plugins one at a time I determined that this is the plug-in causing the preview not to appear.

Bad Woopra

I switched to this plug-in and the preview appears.

Good Woopra

I had just switched to the first one because it had a newer date--mistake.

Maybe this will be of help to others that might have the same problem.

I have the blank preview window issue and I am using Kunena and Community Builder, with standard core templates. I am using chrome and safari. The site has JSON enabled. The preview works when the CB plugin is disabled. I have tried changing plug in settings, but the only resolution seems to be to disable the plug-in which is a real shame. Is there any way to removed the preview button ? report below :

I am sorry that the Kunena developers do not seem to have an answer for you. My suggestion is to set your forum integration plugins to the values shown in red below:

Secondly, your configuration report shows that you are using K 3.0.3. This version is old, outdated and unsupported. My advice is that you upgrade to K 3.0.6 and then see if you are still having this problem.

Please update to lasted kunena version, If you have this the issue, please create new issue.
