Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

This category is only for reporting defects or problems with Kunena 1.6 test versions with Joomla 1.6. This is NOT a support forum - there is no support for test versions. Users should NOT install K 1.6 alpha or beta test versions on websites with live production data.

I have got same problem :( furthermore ,I think,it effects kunena login module too,i can't see same links on kunena login module...

Under joomla! there are some issues with K1.6.2, you need to wait next release, under joomla! 1.5.22 try to re-create kunena menu

Hello thanks for answering.But it was completely same problem with this topic:

you splitted my posts from there.So when i tried to click report configuration settings i get same error message like in that topic which was posted by nur_afini.I had thought Kunena works with Joomla 1.6 like a charm.Because of i was waiting releasing of joomla 1.6 for a while.And i was shock now cos All my projects are waiting by reason of this problem :( can you suggest me anything for fixing that or can you give a clue whatever that,not important,at least i need something for endeavouring cos I'm sitting here last 2 days without doing anything.At least i need a way...

There have been a number of reports of issues with installing or using K 1.6.2 in Joomla 1.6. Some of these issues are show-stoppers if users are considering Joomla 1.6 to run their production websites. Many of these issues will be fixed in the next maintenance release - K 1.6.3. Please use the K 1.6 test reports category to report issues that you are having with K 1.6.2 and J! 1.6.
