Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

Flaton: please see msg #1 of this topic for the answer to your question. You have installed on your website another Joomla extension that loads it's own Javascript library that clobbers Joomla's Mootools Javascript library.

Hi,

I recently noticed that (I think) since my upgrase to version 2, the add file doesn't do anything: pressing it causes nothing, tried in a few browsers.

It might be related to the fact I changed templates.. Im using RoxIbizz
I don't know when the problem started....

I read that k2 (the content extsnsion) can cause problems:
I didn't installed it but it did came with my template.
I don't have it installed as a component or modoule, but in my FTP I see files names "k2"...

I also tried changing templates, but I only have 4 I can choose from an all of them except the current one are really really off ( everything is really messed up, not a aestetics issue but a seriouslly messed up css)

(I also use a rtl template ...)


Im using joomla 2.5.5
kunena 2.0.2
PHP Version 5.2.17

I would really appreciate any help in this matter.

K 2.0.2 is not supported; you are advised to upgrade to K 2.0.3.

See msg #1 of this topic in relation to the impact of K2 - the Joomla component by that name - on Kunena hy reading the links at the end of msg #1.

Hello,

I really hope someone can help.. The "add file" function doesn't work...
I don't if it started malfunctioning when I updated the forum to the 2 version or when I changed the template of my site.

the problem is that when you press on the "add file" in a message, nothing happens.
Tried it in a few browsers.

I read in this forum a few solutions but non of them worked:
1. uפdating to the latest version- I have kunena 2.0.3 but it still doesn't work.
2.changing the template of kunena- non of the other seem to work (they are all messed up)

I use Joomla 2.5.5
kunena 2.0.3
php 5.2.17

would really appreciate help in this matter!
