Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

I do not know, without spending a lot of time searching my way through your website, what you need to change. I do not think you need to update anything. I think you need to uninistall something. You may need to review your whole site strategy.

You have something in your site that is changing the way that Javascript handles the image lightbox; I do not know, specifically, what that "something" is. The "something" is another piece of Javascript; another Javascript library. Your website loads over 12 Javascript libraries. A "typical" J! 2.5 website (using the Beez 20 template) loads 5 Javascript libraries. Kunena loads another 2 Your problem is caused by the one or more of the 5 more that are loaded by other Joomla extensions you are using; one of these is interfering with the operation of the library ../media/kunena/js/mediaboxAdv-min.js.

../media/kunena/js/mediaboxAdv-min.js is responsible for the image lightbox. You need to make sure that nothing else interferes with it.

Hi,

The most weirdest part is that it works perfectly on another site with thesame settings.
When I want to upload an avatar I go to my profile and when I want to click on 'Browse..' it doesnt do anything, you can click a thousand times on it and it goes nowere.

I've looked around for the solution about the processing but just nothing.

Installed version: 2.0.3

Are you talking about the Choose File button on the Avatar upload tab when you're editing your profile?

Sounds like a Javascript-related issue to me.
