Trash all menu links that point to your forum or that have an alias of forum. Look through every one of your menus and trash all links that refer to a "forum". Then empty the trash. Then use the Kunena Create Menu feature. It's all explained in agonising detail in that topic I referred you to. We sometimes refer to this as the trash-burn-build technique!

If this doesn't work, let us know. We don't want to see our members starving or unable to function because of lack of sleep. :pinch:

Wierd huh? I've repeated that procedure over 5 times, still to no avail. The two main items that i delete are created by Kunena. A "forum" link on the main menu of my site and the Kunena Menu itself.. but then i go to create menu and it recreated the same thing again, with the same result. Am i missing something?

Hey sozzled! I think i got it. I continued to look into it, but more on the SH404SEF side of things, since you pointed me in the direction of SEO. Anyway, it has a purge URLs feature which i used. I think that did the trick, maybe it was using a cached url which kept throwing the same error. I will continue tinkering and will let you know if I run into difficulties. You do an awesome job here.
