Kunena 6.2.5 & module Kunena Latest 6.0.7 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.5 [K 6.2.5] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x/4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Did the guys here not help? Have you got a thread?

I found with my earlier issues that the support here is actually pretty good, once you alert the right people to the threads existence they are pretty damned good.

I am working on some issues of my own, testing various angles of JS disabling but that isn't helping much either really.

Help....! :)

Solution found I think --> www.kunena.org/forum/K-2-0-General-Quest...itor?start=20#133131

However we cannot turn off the YT framework when we use 'smartaddons' themes! That's bonkers to even suggest that we disable the YT Framework. Is there a workaround that allows Kunena to be compatible with YT Framework?

Thanks as always :)

I did try all option, my template maker just told me that they do not support kunena. So i am in the same situation as others who use not so good templates.

It's not the templates!! I'm using a smartaddons one which is absolutely amazing and passes all HTML/CSS tests.

It's a lot to do with conflicting JS but its just a case of changing something.

I've got the dev @ smartaddons checking my stuff but to be fair they know what they're doing. I suspect others elsewhere don't hence no resolution available.

I'd not change templates if that's what you feel represents your brand; instead swap forum and/or other add-on.

Mine seems to be specific to YT Framework which conflicts with kunena js.

But if they don't fix it ill change forum software not my brand! Lol
