1.7.1 update ***JomSocial activity stream not to show restricted categories***

I have tried setting the stream in Jomsocial Activity Display Privacy to show all but I still can view Kunena categories that are made private as a guest?

Setting has no effect for existing entries. You need to remove those by hand.

JomSocial activity stream is public to everyone: By default JomSocial does not respect user privacy.

Is this problem fixed in 1.7.1

I think I am getting this problem with 1.7.0, maybe someone could confirm whether this is true or not?
