I see what you mean by all the categories having zero topics. Yes. This is indeed a puzzlement!
I should like to explain a few things to you as well because of the way I've interpreted your hammering of me in a direct and personal way. You do understand, of course, that Kunena is not a company, don't you? You do understand that we who write on this forum are hobbyists and enthusiasts (or IT professionals who donate their time, freely, to this work we do for which we receive no direct payment of any kind)? You do understand, of course, that despite my over 40 years in the IT profession I do not know everything that there is to know. I hope that I have not come across as some know-it-all because I am not. I'm just a user, like you.
As for claiming that this is not a "community" - people prepared to generously help one another with no expectation of reward - I am actually quite offended by those kinds of comments. We, who write here, have lives of our own, families, real-life issues, working for a living (well, those who are not retired from the workforce, like me, work for a living) and getting on with the business of taking the Kunena project to the next level. As I already commented earlier in this topic, K 2.0 is at end-of-life.
But none of this really matters. You have a problem and we want to do the best we can to help you. I will consult with others in the team who are more knowledgeable than me about some of these things, and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. But please also understand that our support arrangements are confined to what is laid out in the terms of use that you agreed to when you joined this site. We will do our best but I cannot guarantee more than that.

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

It doesn't take that long for me to open. I clicked the link you posted about 3 times today and it seemed to have opened right away.

I would never want people to drop things for me. That's not who I am and yes... obviously have your own lives.
However, there was a time where I did have to post "Hello?" because no one responded. I did send Mathias a message asking if he wanted my db dumps and nothing back for a long period. The reason that made me mad is because I was specifically asked to do that.
There is a big difference between those two:
(expecting your time all the time)
and
(wondering where you are after dropping off in the middle of a conversation/support ticket)
Regardless of that now... thanks for taking a look.

Matias is busy and he hasn't had the time to look at your db backup that you had send.

Just so we are clear again. I have two sites that are running the K1.7.X build. A J1.5 site and a J2.5 site. Are you talking about the one where I would like to do the upgrade, or the site that I'm pulling the data from (SPUpgrade DB)?
