Incompatible Mootools version loaded
The only cause is that Mootools 1.1 is loaded instead of Mootools 1.2.

Plugin Manager 1. Using the Joomla Plugin Manager, ensure that System - Mootools Upgrade plugin is the first system plugin to be loaded
2. If this does not solve the problem, enable the System - Mootools Upgrade plugin[4]

In the event that these measures do not work the cause is most likely that you are using software that is old, outdated and probably no longer supported. If you view the HTML source of your Kunena pages you will see a list of all Javascript loaded (these are filenames with the extension .js). By looking at the file path you can probably find which extension is responsible for loading these Javascript libraries. In the first instance, we recommend you seek the assistance of the developer of the extension that you think is responsible for the conflict, particularly if you purchased the product.
