I have a problem with editing profile info. It seems like something is missing on the page

after uninstalling and re-installing kunena on my website i am unable to edit my kunena user profile

It appears to be impossible for my users to edit their profiles. When going to the user profile page they see this:
i54.tinypic.com/141qvqq.jpg

The save and cancel buttons work, but the tabs do not. Similarly the tabs on the user's profile do not work either. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
