Thanks Matias,
so I can install Kunena with SEO URLs suffix set to YES?
because I've read in several discussions that this could cause problems (or pages duplications, don't know well)...
webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=...&hl=it&ct=clnk&gl=it
Are you sure about this?
(excuse me if I ask again but before start working on the forum I wanted to be sure)...
thank you again for your fast reply

I'm sure that the setting won't break Kunena as I'm using it myself.
There have been issues related to SEO URLs suffix = YES, but usually those have something else going on in the site. For example the bug might have been in 3rd party SEF component or somewhere else.

You can't change the location where Kunena is installed. The changes you need to make are discussed in
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
. If you set up Joomla SEO properly, if you use the standard Kunena menu (see
How do I restore my Kunena menu?
, then everything will work for you as you want it.

Hi i may be incredibly stupid, but how can i shorten the URL from:
www.imaginecraft.net/index.php/forum/
to
www.imaginecraft.net/forum/
I've been looking around what seems like forever, i want the URL to be permanently like that, not just a redirect. It just looks cleaner. Please help with this. Everyone else seems to have it apart from me lol.
Thanks in advance.
