Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

1. I've set subscription to be be automatically set in backend
2. I've set admin to receive all system emails
3. I've set admin as moderator on all forums and to receive emails.

With all this set I have not received 1 email?

Does this work in K1.5.6 (just install it and try)? -- Just remember to upgrade back to K1.5.7.

Does Joomla send emails?

Yes Im getting other emails....all jomsocial emails are being sent Im just not getting any kunena emails

If I uninstall 1.5.7 am I going to loose my configurations? maybe this problem has to do with the fact that I installed directly over the previous version?

No, you do not loose any information (except your custom files/themes/languages).

Or you could just install K1.5.6 back and try if emails gets sent by using it. If they will work, we are one step closer of finding this bug.

I too am not now getting notifications of new posts, or any posts subscribed. Allow subscriptions is checked, notify moderators is checked yes. I upgraded from Kunena 1.5.5 to 1.5.7. Other system emails are working (like from Community Builder). Joomla 1.5.15.

I just upgraded to the latest 1.5.8 Im testing emails and still...I am not getting any,

any ideas?

I have tried 1.5.6, 1.5.7 and 1.5.8 and all of them send emails on all sites I am running them on.

I wonder if this is a spam filter issue or another system configuration problem.
We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory . :-)
