Ok all sorted.
You just needed to go to
Admin >> Components >> Kunena >> Recount Category Stats
I ran this for you and you forum is all up and running now.
You can delete my account too.
Let me know if you have any issues. Also be aware that the conversion does not handle some characters perfectly so you will see their ASCII equiv, edit them where you see them. I will be changing this script soon to handle them though

Thanks for the help Dan,
Is there any way to get all the users over as well?
Also, I have noticed that there is no formatting attached to any of the posts, and everywhere there should be a paragraph break, there is 'rnrn' instead.
Any idea why it ran so fast instead of taking an hour+?

Can you run the script again for me and then, create teh Danny user again and run the following query for me after you run the script
I think this script is adding the users into Kunena but not into Joomla, lets do the above to confirm and if so i can write a quick dirty script to fix this
Code:
select count(*) from jos_users

Should I run the script again as is, or should I start it all from scratch again? Your account is still active.

run as is, the script will truncate all of the kunena tables anyway
