Sticky IPB, Punbb, Phpbb3, SMF2 to Kunena solved

Hi, This might sound silly, but I am new to Joomla.

I am trying to convert phpbb3 to Kunena.

I have downloaded the script, but I have no idea what to do with it, if I try install it in Joomla I get this error:

Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

Please can you explain as I can't find any documentation on installing.

EDIT:

Okay, I think I figured it out.

1) I installed the Universal Password Integration - Forum Migrations

2) I uploaded the Migration folder to the Joomla folder and used the address url/migrator/index.php

3) I filled in all the relevant info.

It then says:

Migration State

Processing forums
Processing posts

Migration Finished.

But is was so quick, I can login using the ADMINISTRATOR link but...

1) No members where intgrated.

2) The forum shows categories but they are all empty
(it does show for eg. Topics:38 Replies 1107 but nothing is actually there.)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you verify if this script will convert SMF 1.1.xx or if it is ONLY for SMF 2? Since SMF 2 is still in beta, there are a lot of people who haven't upgraded yet
