Have you tried to test this out on a local install using the exact configuration you have now? I re-read this thread but didn't see that this was local. If you can get it to run successfully on a local install you can use Joomlapack to upload to the live server.
We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory .

File does not exist: **REMOVED/members/administrator/plugins
Sure enough.. it does not. That folder does not exist. Never did. I'm not sure why it needs it but it either can't create it or something.
Now I'm curious to know if I create the folder where it's saying it doesn't exist.. if the component will install?

Seems like it's looking for folders under the admin.. plugins where nothing exists. Except the folders I'm creating.

File does not exist: /home/marcx/public_html/mysite/members/administrator/plugins/system/pc_includes/ajax_1.2.js
But on my site.. that ajax_1.2.js folder..
Is NOT under administrator. It's just under the root. All the files and folders are there but the installer is looking in the wrong directory!
/home/marcx/public_html/mysite/members/plugins/system/pc_includes/ajax_1.2.js
Is there it is.... so how can I modify the installer to look there?
