Thanks sozzled. I tried different approach and removed the extension in order to reinstall Kunena from scratch.

It was successfully removed, trying right now to install the new version, and I'm stuck to :

Kunena 3.0.4 Installer
Installing Kunena, please wait...
Preparing installation...

I backed -up the Kunena DB as SCV file so I can recreate the forum again manually.

I love the extension, but I just can't install it???

I visited your website and I notice that you have removed Kunena from the frontend (although I there are still some traces of K 3.0.4 on your site).

Did you try my suggestion to use MySQL? What happens when you use MySQL and Joomla debug mode?

Yes - trying to reinstall it - see previous post.
I guess I found the problem, but not the solution.
While Kunnena is trying to install itself, The Kunnena Forum, Packages, Framework and Media files don't have a folder (on old Kunena install the files were in Kunena folder )??? - see the capture

debug mode returns error 500 (stated in previous post)

MySQL can't apply since I don't have the new Kunena installed - stuck on preparing to install
