Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

The default permissions for all files in this folder is 644. I tried changing to 755 but it did not work. Do the files have to be a certain file size or dimensions to appear in the list? I wouldn't think so.

No, i don't think, that there exists a size limit. Maybe you can not use every graphic, not *.bmp (for example), but gifs and pngs should work.

I have reproduced this error, i think, it is the same problem like yours.

I have english Kunena on german Joomla. And no language folder german in template. And the dropdown-list stays empty

I have germen Kunena on german Joomla. And i have a folder german in template, the dropdown-list is full.

I am only using english for now (it's my only language folder). I'm using default_ex as well. All of the original smilies from that folder show up in the drop down, but none of the ones that I have added. I have tried different sizes and dimensions. All are .png format. I'm really stumped.

Last idea of mine: Do you have a wwwrun problem? wwwrun - ftpuser rights? Perhaps you should try to upload the images with extplorer ( download ), (the extension joomla-explorer).
Here is a short explanation, what i am meaning (it is written for sobi 2 problem, but the permission problem is the same)
