Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

First of all, I haven't yet installed CB 1.2.2 and so I don't know what changes have been made, but this guide is based on my knowledge of CB 1.2.1 and so you may have to adapt it as necessary:
- Using the CB Field Manager, create a new field named Gender (CB will store this as cb_gender)
- Create the field as type "Drop Down (Single Select)". You will need to assign two named values: one will be Male, the other will be Female
- Assign this new field to a CB profile tab
- Modify a CB user profile (go to the tab that you assigned earlier) and click the appropriate radio button to select and assign a gender to the user)
It's possible that I may have omitted a step. I've just checked my own websites (where I have implemented the solution) and that's all that I can see that you need to do. Please let us know if this answered your query.

I've no problem with birthdate. In Forum Integration, the birthday field points to CB's date of birth. That integrated perfectly. In forums, birthdate shown is from CB.I have just tested quickly now on K1.5.9, when i set profile and avatar integration with CB, the data are get from Kunena and not from CB, when i change the birthdate, it always show the kunena birthdate. I haven't investigated more, but i need to fix that asap.
