Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I upgraded now.

Still the same error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JController::getInstance() in \...\components\com_users\users.php on line 17

I would rather not do that - drop tables.

I used Extension Mng - upgrade.

I had 1.6 K working on my site.

First of all, I recommend that you upgrade to J! 1.5.23 and see if that fixes the problem. We can look at how to deal with the com_users issue after that. OK?

I'm sorry about my earlier misleading responses (I have removed them from this discussion). If what you say is correct, the problem concerns the com_users component (which is part of the Joomla core) and if this is not working then it's a serious problem for Kunena. We would like to resolve this issue for your sake and for the sake of others who may be in this situation ... if we could only discover the cause of the problem.

We may need to know the URL of your site and a test account, but let's leave that until later.
