Question How to know If you have a mootools Conflict!
If you want to run some other extension, like that "photoslider" thing, and it's more important to you to run it that it is to run Kunena, then that's your choice.
I can only telling you about my experiences and my choices.

Maybe you understood me wrong. I didn't mention you are trying to tell anyone what to do. I just made a question as you have a lot of knowledge about Kunena, so I just wanted to know what consequences would happen if I use Kunena with the 'Mootools Upgrade' turned off. So, maybe Kunena team has a list of issues that happens with this stuff turned off. I'd rather have Kunena running smoothly than the photo slider. ;0)sozzled wrote: I'm not telling anyone what to do. Did I try to suggest anything of the kind?

You can do this test just as easily as me. For your sake, I turned off the plugin on one of my test sites. Guess what happened? I lost my BBcode editing tools. No doubt there are other problems too - but I only spent 1 minute doing the test. If you have the luxury of time to experiment, you might be able to tell us what the other consequences are, too.iLucato wrote: I just wanted to know what consequences would happen if I use Kunena with the 'Mootools Upgrade' turned off.
