The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I can see the issue, but I have no idea how to fix it as our current BBCode parser was written from someone who disappeared some time before Kunena 1.0. Nobody understands how the parser really works. I know what is the issue, but if I try to fix it, the whole parser breaks and I haven't been able to figure out why.
Quick workaround is to make smaller posts (code tags) or use some other tag instead.
If you mean that it still doesn't allow you to post long code snippets, there's not much that I can do. Nobody knows precisely how the old BBCode parser from FireBoard works and we have already replaced it in upcoming Kunena 2.0 (where your code works just fine).
