The PDF creation in Joomla is very basic. As I recall (I haven't used the function for a long while) there is no image representation in a Joomla-generated PDF function. Maybe someone else can confirm this?

Ahhh, I thought it was Kunena doing the PDF creation not Joomla. I'll head over to Joomla and see if I can find anything to help. I've tried the PhocaPDF but don't think it's working.

I have installed Kunena on 3 different website, and in each installation, even though I have the PDF option enabled in Kunena config, there is no PDF Icon on any of these forums.

I checked if the template was the problem by trying the default ones as well as custom ones, and in all instances the RSS feed icon is visible on the main page, but in the posts, its either no icon, or just the RSS feed icon.

Hello,

The pdf icon is present but only for topic, like here you will see a pdf icon in the bottom of the page

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

I checked that, and there is no PDF icon in any topic, on any page of my forums. I have asked other members to check for the PDF icon as well in case it was something at my end, but they can't see it either, and it is definitely enabled in K! admin.

Added 2 screenshots, both from different website, one is a fresh install, with nothing but Joomla 1.7 and Kunena 1.6.5.

Joomla 1.7 doesn't have PDF support built in. Feature is disabled in it.
