Sticky If you are having problems with Kunena, please read this first

G'day, cascade, and welcome to Kunena.

Your problem falls into the same category as many other people have with certain Joomla extensions and this is covered in the FAQs (see the tab at the top of this page): your problem is caused by Rockettheme's RokCandy plugin which clobbers Joomla's Mootools library. Please read msg #1 in this topic or search for RokCandy.

Problem solved! I read the tutorials and deactivated all the plugins but nothing happend. The solution was reinstall Kunena!! But im sure that this wored because i unistalled those plugins first.

Using Kunena 1.6.4, Joomla 1.5.23

I’ve successfully used Kunena on my website for about 2 years now. I decided to try a different (older) Joomla Template (under a test environment) and everything appears to work except for the tabs that appear when clicking on your ‘Profile’.

What I’ve tried:

1) moving the ‘system mootools upgrade’ plugin’s priority to the top
2) enabling the plugin

Neither of these made a difference. I am certain that it is some kind of javascript conflict, especially since this template is about 4 years old.

What I would like to know is why the top tabs work while the bottom tabs are not clickable. Are they both using the same tab component?

I integrated Kunena with jamsocial for a years ago and Now i see that the quickreplay button does not work.
How do I fix this problem?
