The only Kunena template that I have is default_ex so that is what I am using (you'll have to tell me where to get additional templates at some point!)

I don't know how to export the jos_fb_categories table. I do have 3 files on my server called:

jos_fb_categories.frm
jos_fb_categories.MYD
jos_fb_categories.MYI

Would it help you if I sent you a copy of one or all of them? Or can you tell me how to do the export?

Hello,

don't look int into your filesystem, but use phpmyadmin, there are some tutorials on google : www.siteground.com/tutorials/php-mysql/mysql_export.htm

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Support Team,

I have been having an issue with the proper sequencing of my forums and have been trying to get support for over a month now. I have provided the information you requested yet my replies go un-answered and my problems persist.

I am waiting on resolution of this issue before taking a new website live and I am already 2 weeks late with my original 'Go-Live' date due to this issue.

Please RESPOND to me and help with this issue!

My posts are listed under my name 'Mainiac' and are titled:

'Trouble Re-Sequencing List of Forums'

Thank you for your prompt attention and help.

I am sorry you haven't received more prompt attention to your issue. In the first case, you posted in the Common Questions category; that is not a support forum. In the second place, your last message required me to spend about 15 minutes finding where you had asked your question and merging your complaint into this discussion. I have now moved this discussion into the Support category.

I hope we will soon be able to better understand and help you solve your problem.
