I have entered a list of forums and have arranged them in the order (sequence) that I want them displayed. Yet not all of them will display in the order I set them up in. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

Here is an example:

My Root Forum is 'State Forum' and it does display first as it is supposed to. Next, I want to display the 'Add A College' Forum. It is set up as forum #2 as shown here. It is then followed by a list of State Forums such as Arizona like show here. However, instead of displaying after the root forum and before the list of State forums, 'Add A College' displays at the bottom of the list of States. Also, all my states are set up to display in alphabetic order. Some do and some don't.

Everything used to display in the proper sequence but then I deleted a forum at one point and that shuffled the list of all my forums around. Since then, I have not been able to display things in the correct order even though they are set up correctly.

So backend shows your forums in the right order, but frontend does not?

Which Kunena version do you have?

That is exactly correct.

Which Kunena version do you have?

Sorry about the delay..

Which Kunena template do you have? Try using default_ex..

If it doesn't fix it, can you export jos_fb_categories table (in phpmyadmin) and send it to me?

The only Kunena template that I have is default_ex so that is what I am using (you'll have to tell me where to get additional templates at some point!)

I don't know how to export the jos_fb_categories table. I do have 3 files on my server called:

jos_fb_categories.frm
jos_fb_categories.MYD
jos_fb_categories.MYI

Would it help you if I sent you a copy of one or all of them? Or can you tell me how to do the export?

Additional information:

Whenever I add a forum (even just one additional forum) or delete a forum, the sequencing of ALL my forums in both the back end and front end gets messed up. I then have to spend about 2 hours re-sequencing all the forums (I currently have 477 forums) into the correct order. Even after getting them all properly re-sequenced in the back end, they still do not display in the correct sequence in the front end.

I am waiting on a resolution to this issue in order to bring my website live so your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
