Question Not Getting Notice of new posts as moderator

If forum is Moderated:

Email is sent to moderator(s) with contents of post.

There are two link in the email to the moderator(s)

Clicking one link will approve the post and clicking the other link will remove the post. This way moderators do not have to login to the forum to delete the post.



If Review is set to Yes in the Advanced Tab

If there are moderator(s) for the specific forum then the moderators will get an email with the contents of the post. With two links. Clicking one link will approve the post and cause it to be posted. Clicking another link will cause it to be deleted and not posted.

This two link concept is the same concept MyBlog uses and really speeds things up in forum moderation or approval.

New posts are being posted even though I have it set to moderate and review.

How can I view a post and approve it. I have one spammer who will not go away.

Users can post new messages even if forum is moderated. The posts just do not show up before someone approves it.

Are you saying that this feature is currently broken? Which template are you using?

I am using the template K came with. And yes the post are being posted without review.

..oh...I am a dummy..I just noticed I posted this in 1.09 and I have 1.08...I am so sorry. Is this a real issue and if it was has it been fixed in 1.09...

I don't remember that we fixed anything like this. See PM, and test if we have already fixed this by accident.
