I think, it is a standard problem of default_ex template, I could reproduce it. Open your kunena.forum.css from your template folder, it looks as default_ex
search the code above and add the red marked lines into the css, save and upload it.
#Kunena div.fb_thead-title a {
float:left;
font-weight:normal;
}
.fb_thead-moderators {
clear:left;
}
span.newchar {
color:#CC0000;
font-family:Tahoma,Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size:xx-small;
font-weight:bold;
margin-left:3px;
}

Replied by sapromo on topic Display Error in both 1.0.8 and 1.0.9 plus additional in 1.0.9 (SOLVED)
Hello,
I have attached two images,
The first show display error in Kunena 1.0.8,
when unread messages in category it appears green, so the the category title and description is overlapping... screenshot from this forum to show it is not a problem just on my website
The second, is after upgrade to Kunena 1.0.9, the MAIN PAGE wont process the HTML code anymore used in description field... it worked fine in 1.0.8 and works on sub categories just not on main.
Any and all help appreciated
THANK YOU!
