1- i am using joomla 1.0.15 not 1.0.5 (my mistake) please forgive me for that
2- As fxstein asked about the component, how it is working now, the answer is the component is not working, it is showing almost blank page with only login information when click on any category, here is the picture (using default_ex template)

yes i do use fireboard previously but as i mentioned above in starting that i have dropped all tables remove all directories related to fireboard but still having this error,

now i think i have cleared almost whats going on with me, so its up to you guys, your suggestions are more then welcome

If you had FireBoard installed before, I would guess that you might have something overlooked during the manual cleanup. The create table does not fail without a reason.

I'd be happy to look into your system if that is an option.

You mean jos_fb_config? Did you set php timeout to be long enough (60 secs)? Intalling Kunena will take a lot of time and in some environments it timeouts and the installation fails without an error.

Try also to upload the file directly by providing url instead of uploading the file.
