When clicking Reply, Quote, Edit, Moderate, or Delete, I get the 404 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: topic, html, site error screen. The only button that works is Quick Reply.
Figured it was a version issue, so I updated Joomla and Kunena as well as a new template and the issue persists.
Attached is the 404 error with the F12 Console details showing.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

A quick diagnosis:
There are still Kunena menu items in the main menu. I had written to you in the other topic: Links from other menus that are linked to the forum must be Menu Item Type = Menu Item Alias. Menu Issues
You have a lot of menu items in the trash, these can also lead to errors. Delete the menu items from the trash.
The redirect plugins are enabled.
In the category settings you have the first section set to Public, but the associated category is only available to the superuser.
The second section allows access for registered users, but the associated category is available for public. This also makes no sense. Either both for registered users only, or both for public.
When logged in, I can't see anything in the frontend because the login module redirects to the profile setting and I can't get away from this page because I'm always redirected back there.
Incidentally, I have noticed that you have 13 superusers. Is that ok for you?
To find the error, I would have to remove all menu items, deactivate all extensions and scripts and start again. Unfortunately, this would take too much time. I'm sorry

I have a user with the same problem. He sees an empty editor field, no toolbar, no cursor. He tried Chrome and Edge as well. Latest Kunena Version 6.2.4 is installed, also all language packs in the latest version.

Hi,
I have noticed today that I am getting an error:
This CKEditor 4.22.1 version is not secure. Consider upgrading to the latest one, 4.24.0-lts.
I have changed the editor to SCEditor for now, but I prefer CKEditor. I don't want the social icons for example in the editor, that is showing in SCEditor, but I can't remember seeing them in CKEditor after I disabled them.
I can't see an Kunena update or any updates for CKEditor in the plugins, is this something that needs to be updated in Kunena?
Any help is appreciated.

Aurelia tooltips breaks pagination was created by rob parker
The subject line says it all. When Load Tooltips is set to Yes, none of the pagination buttons in the forum work. The problem appears to come from line 25 in /com_kunena/template/aurelia/layouts/widget/pagination/item/default.php.
When Load Tooltips is set to Yes the link in the page source is:
<a class="page-link" "hastooltip"href="/blp_j4/forum/general-discussion?start=160" ...
When Load Tooltips is set to No the link in the page source is:
<a class="page-link" href="/blp_j4/forum/general-discussion?start=160" ...
There is a missing space before the href section of the link.
Any help appreciated - or confirmation that this is a bug.

Kunena marks Posts as "New" that have been already read was created by Ratman
Hi all.
One user of my forum told me that if he visits the "Recent topics" page, there are many posts marked as "New" that he has already visited and read. Recent Topics Time Period is set to "All". It seems that if he switches to "Since last visit", then it is okay.
Here is a screenshot from his PC from January 30th. You can see that even messages from January 26th that he has already visited are shown as "New"
I already pushed the "Recount Kunena statistics"button in the Kunena tools, but it did not help. It seems that this user is the only one who has this issue. Any idea what to do?

Hi there.
I have one user who really drives me nuts. He's a rather old user, about 80 years I think. He uses an iPad to contrbute to my forum. I don't know why, but when he writes a post, he opens this post over and over again for editing. Sometimes he edits a single post 15 times ore more. But that's not what is bothering me.
Problem 1: When this user saves his edited post, I can see in the logs that he has saved this post two to four times in a single second! Same thread, same user, same IP, increasing post-ID. How can this be?
Problem 2: I think this is related to problem one: In the past it happened a few times, that this user managed to change the thread topic to the topic of a completely different thread. But this is prohibited in the kunena settings, only an admin is allowed to change the topic. But he did it. He says he does not know how this happened. And I don't know either.
Any ideas? It seems he also produced some inconsistencies in the database, see my other thread here ("Rebuild single thread from site backup?").

Problem mit dem Editor - Einstellungen und Vorschau was created by czil
Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein paar kleine Probleme bei den Einstellungen vom Kunena-Forum. Zum Einen hätte ich gerne eine Vorschau. Den Button gibts bei mir nicht (allerdings hier in diesem Forum auch nicht - und ich weiß nicht, ob mich das beruhigen soll
).
Das Zweite ist der E-Bay-Button. Den habe ich in den Einstellungen auf NEIN gesetzt, dennoch kommt er bei mir, genau wie der von Twitter, den will ich auch nicht.
Dann, kann man die Sprache nicht Voreinstellen? Oder wenigstens ganz abschalten?
Hab danach gesucht, da kamen ein paar Tipps zu evtl. PlugIns, die drans chuld sein könnten, aber ich habe da eigentlich nichts außer dem Kunena-Forum installiert.
