Kunena 7.0.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.8 [K 7.0.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

You absolutely need the Kunena database tables from the old K5.2 installation. Do you have the possibility to create another database? 
1. if yes, import the database tables from your backup and then export only the Kunena tables.
2. after that, create a complete backup of your current website
3. in the backend, go to Kunena -> Tools and uninstall Kunena (this step removes Kunena completely together with its database tables)
4. delete in the main menu the menu items that lead to the forum
5. import the Kunena 5.2 tables
6. install Kunena 6.0
7. now create the Kunena menu again and publish the menu item created in the main menu
8. copy from your backup the content of media/kunena to your current page to media/kunena
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

I have an empty database in my phpMyAdmin(screen in the attachment).
Also I have full backup of my website before upgrading(it is tar.gz file).
Please can you tell how can I import database tables from that tar.gz file?

Extract the tar.gz to an empty folder on your PC and look for a .sql file. Database files can be either packed or unpacked .sql files. Click on phpMyAdmin the Import tab at the top and select this file to upload.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

But I am stuck...
1. I created a new database
2. Imported database tables from tar.gz as you adviced

Now I have some questions, please

I want to export only Kunena tables - Should I export all of them in one SQL file? There are several kunena tables (the screen in the attachment) but I cannot import them one by one because it writes me the same name to the file. 
In step 5 of your post, you said:  "5. import the Kunena 5.2 tables" - Should I import one file that I could import from the previous action?

First make a good backup (akeeba) of your website.

yes check the kunena table records and then do the export.
And then you do indeed import the file from .
"Should I import one file that I could import from the previous action?"
and then continue with step 6
