No matter how many times I click on that "rebuild" button, I can not get those tooltip texts translated.
Very weird.

This is a bug. I can confirm that. Because I noticed that in the file
/administrator/components/com_kunena/language/zh-CN/zh-CN.com_kunena.libraries.ini
there is already translations for "bold" button text and tooltip, but the editor just won't load it.

Hi,
I can confirm the issue.
As baijianpeng said, the translations are there, but the editor is not loading them. I also rebuilt plugins several times...
Is there a fix available?
Thanks,
Hannes

First check in "administrator/language/your_language_folder/xx-XX.com_kunena.libraries.ini" whether the string is already translated.
It's line 35
COM_KUNENA_BBCODE_CONFIDENTIAL_TEXT="Confidential information:"
Then go in backend to Kunena -> Plugins in order to rebuild the plugin Kunena - Joomla Integration. Afterwards empty the Joomla and browser cache.
Important! It creates the tooltips in the same language which you have choosen as backend language.
I've tested it a couple of time, it works always.
