Thanks for your reply.
I have changed "Prestataire" parent to "registered".
I still have the problem.
Any other idea?
Best regards,
Emmanuel

To give another example, there are a couple of categories on this website that are not displayed to the public. They are only displayed to registered logged-in members of the community.
If I was in your situation I would not be spending 2 months trying to fix a problem that most other people never have. I would be spending all my time working out what I had done wrong to have created the problem in the first place. Of course, that is how I would approach the situation. I do not have as much patience as you have to hope that someone else can give me that final clue that will solve my problem for me.
It's a bit like going to the doctor. Sure, you can describe the symptoms of a problem over the telephone but the quickest way to get the necessary treatment is to visit the doctor so that the doctor can examine the patient themselves. As we all know, when you make a visit to see the doctor you have to pay for that service; a few dollars to see the doctor and the treatment (and cure) can begin immediately.
So, when you ask if I have any other ideas, I have lots of ideas and the more that I learn about your site the more suggestions I can offer to you.
Your problems are caused by how you have implemented Joomla ACLs on your website. Would you like a professional assessment of your website or are you happy to wait patiently for suggestions that people might offer when people can spare their time? If I was in your situation I would be paying a visit to see a specialist.

You started this topic nearly 2 months ago. Everyone here, who uses Kunena to create forum categories that are restricted to a specific class or classes of account in their sites, knows that you need to have an understanding of how Joomla ACLs work. You can create private categories and hide those categories from the public if you know how to use Joomla ACLs properly. To give you an example, we have several private categories on this website but you do not know about them because those categories are protected by Joomla ACLs.edenoyer wrote: I still have the problem.

I have many ideas and I can keep giving you more ideas for weeks or months or years if you have infinite patience. The question really comes down to how quickly do you want your problems fixed. Can you live with these problems indefinitely or do you want them fixed today?edenoyer wrote: Any other idea?

Really? That's the first think I tryed. If I had found something, I won't have posted.
The problem is fixed when I set "Inclure les groupes enfants principaux" to No.
I don't understand why.

The problem was caused by the "Koroll" user group. Deleting and recreating it solved the problem. Why? No Idea.
