Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural changes that occurred in K 1.7, many of the ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Just to let other users know it...

In some cases it seems that kunena is shortening mp3 urls putting "..." of course that causes mp3 playback failing because of "File not found"

I am not a kunena expert so I ask confirmation to more advanced users but maybe there's an option to avoid such behaviour. (I hope so)
Alternatively, try shortening the url by yourself (there're several ways to accomplish this)

Hi Marco

I found out that in Forum Configuration / BBCode, if I set "Trim long URLs" = No then URL wont be shortened. However, the first part which is "http://" was still cut out. It's not an issue of 1Pixel Player Lpugin, I am sure that if I find a way to correct this then the plugin will work. I'll ask in the main support board and will post the result back.

need an update for the latest version. kunena.parser.php has some changes and i can't find the second part line.

This forum is great, read this topic inside and out trying to figure out why mine was not working, and can you believe it was down to just one small problem. I never hit the Insert button one I chose my mp3 file :woohoo: :side: :whistle:
Works great now, thanks for all your post and an extra special thanks to Marco for his codes B)

You must click the Insert button once you have chosen your file before you hit the Submit for player to work in your post.
