Question Partial Success

Partial Success was created by dloendorf
I have two sites that use FireBoard. I installed Kunena on the first one, switched the menu item to the Kunena component and all looked great. Success!
I uninstalled Fireboard and all is well.
I then went to the second site and did the same...only I received this error...
'pat-Error Could not load templates from header.html.' after switching the menu to Kunena. I switched back to Fireboard and all is well.
I searched the forum for this error and found one other instance, but no solution provided.
Any help would be appreciated.

We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory .

That is an old FB problem. Your template directory structure might be incorrect. Meaning you might have uploaded a folder into a folder instead of the template files into a folder.

Thank you for that response - however, it is not a problem with FB. FB works great. I only get the error when I switch to Kunena.
Or are you saying that Kunena has fixed a problem in FB that now does not work with my FB structure. If so, how do I correct the folder imperfections?
Thanks - David

I took a look at templates and FB does have a template that is not showing in Kunena...and it happens to be the one I am using. So I am assuming I should look at the folder structure for this template and make sure it matches the structure of the templates that do show in Kunena.
I will give this a test.

Just looked at the template directory in both FB and K. It turns out the K install did not copy the missing template from the FB directory to the K directory.
I have to leave for a few hours, but when I return I will copy that directory and try using K again.
