Solved captcha not working

You've selected captcha for registered users. If you want captcha for registered users, you must enter a number of posts at "CAPTCHA Challenge for Users".

This is normal. You can not save the reCaptcha plugin if the fields are empty. But this plugin will not used, if you use blue eagle. It has nothing to do with your problem. It must be something else.
Try it with the Joomla default template Protostar.
