Solved Banner users or deleted users problem - Users think their account is being hacked

Hi,

In my forum banned user post appear with the picture of the users who's viewing the topic so it causes confusion since all the user think their pics are user for fake accounts.

It doesn't appear any user name just the comment of the banned user appear with the current user photo who's reading the msg.

Is there any way to solve this?

did you tried the default template, or the new crypsis template?

Yes, no change.

The joomla template has a kunena override on the template.

So I suggest to do this:


1) Make backup database and files.
2) Go to /components/com_kunena/template/jf_social/css/
3) remove all kunena files
4) Go to /components/com_kunena/template/jf_social/html
5) remove com_kunena dir
6) Uninstall kunena (data will not be removed) by the joomla extension manager
7) Install kunena K4.0.1
Set Crypsis as default

If its good, the kunena will have your joomla template colors like the pink.

What you also can try first:


1) backend - kunena - tools - Synchronize Users - select all options, select sync.
2) select recount statics- click on recount statics
