Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Yes, I know that the site is only slow when you are logged in. Maybe there is a conflict due to a script that is only active for logged in users.
The redirect script and Google Analytics are only active when you are logged in. Disable these and empty the Joomla and browser cache, then test again.
Not sure what you mean? Redirect is turned off. Google is connected using the template not a plugin.

I'm sorry, but I can't know what is installed on your website either. But the fact is that I see a redirect script on your website.

Update on this...
I clicked on "Mark All Read" on the Kunena front end home page, then went to the home page, and it loaded very fast and acceptable... *UPDATE* Tested with one unread post, and it went back to being VERY slow again, even for just one post.

Now... My question is:
1. Can we "Mark All Read" for all users in the backend?
2. How do new users see this? When a new user registers, is EVERYTHING, the entire forum history unread?

How should this be managed?

1. Can we "Mark All Read" for all users in the backend?

You can only completely disable the "New" display in the configuration (tab Frontend).

2. How do new users see this? When a new user registers, is EVERYTHING, the entire forum history unread?

It's about three months.

Perhaps there is an error in a topic. Test the categories individually with Kunena Latest to see if this is the case with all of them.
