I do not understand your question. This is a different question to the topic.baxterbln wrote: But ... now the statistics is public in the forum for every user. How can i set the permissions to view the statistics?
I think you already know the answer to that quuestion.baxterbln wrote: Or can i disable the stats in our forum?

If I set
- Show Statistics = yes | Public Statistics = no; Result: The public statistics are shown at frontend with ceros in every category; at the backend the categories are empty; The most popular graphs are shown
- Show Statistics = yes | Public Statistics = yes; Result: The public statistics are shown at frontend with correct values in every category, as well ass at the backend the categories; The most popular graphs are shown at the frontend and the backend
- Show Statistics = no | Public Statistics = yes; Result: There are no statistics shown at frontend, at the backend the Public Statistics are shownn, but empty
- Show Statistics = no | Public Statistics = no; Result: There are no statistics at the frontend, at the backend the Public Statistics are shown, but empty
What we need is a configuration opportunity to set the permissions. We don't like having all possible statistics public only for being useable by the moderators. It looks a little unlogical that position 3 and 4 in the above list are equal by results.
My questions:
1. Is that a bug?
2. If yes, how can we get it solved?
3. If no, can you recommend a work around? How?

If you need the "configuration opportunity" and you must have it, then you realise that, if the opportunity is not there, someone is going to have to build this "configuration opportunity" for you. The question is, how long are you prepared to wait for someone to build this for you or are you willing to pay someone to build this for you if you cannot wait that long?Freddy.BdV wrote: What we need is a configuration opportunity to set the permissions. As you say, you have a solution to your problem at the moment. I understand that the solution is not the one you say you need but it's still a solution nontheless.

/administrator/components/com_kunena/libraries/forum/statistics.php
Unzip/extract the package and upload the file by FTP
If you disable the statistics in your config, the statistics in your admin panel will be still visible.
Kunena 2.0.1
Cheers
