Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

Merged I see the message "Loading BBCode editor..."

*** Off-topic ***

The problem you were having with the code button is off-topic to this discussion (and we should have split the topic). However, I used the button and it worked for me. So I still don't understand your problem with Firefox and using this site www.kunena.org/forum

As you see in the previously reported cases relating to this issue, the problem was caused by one of two factors:

(1) When using a Kunena template that has not been designed with K 2.0 in mind - and this applies in your case - that can easily be solved by using the K 2.0 Blue Eagle template; or

(2) Using Kunena 2.0.0-RC2 (which does not apply in your case)

As far as this being a question of support, your configuration report shows that you are using a Kunena template that was not designed, developed, supported or maintained by the Kunena project. You should discuss your issues with the developer of the Kunena template you are using.

Please do not raise separate questions in the same topic. The separate question of the "no preview" is addressed in msg #1 of Before you post your question, read this first

SOLVED!!

Luckily I didn't have to resort to a back up or re-build the site. Although It would be nice to know if you revert to an akeeba backup, do all user posts get deleted?

The Boardcode was not working and I had an error saying " Loading BBCode editor... "

I created this problem by taking someone's suggestions on a forum on how to remove the "font-resizer" on a Beez template at the top right hand corner.

I got rid of the resizer by commenting out the div tag labelled <div id="fontsize"></div> in the beez_20 template index.php file.

This directly resulting in a conflict with Kunena's ability to using any formatting tools, emoticons, or add attachments.

Anyone know why? im baffled, and need to find another way to get rid of the beez font resizer.
