No converters of this nature exist. Your only option at the moment is to have/pay someone write one for you.

You could always resort to phpbb to FB, update to FB1.0.5 and then to kunena

Althought converter is just for PHPbb2, not 3

I believe this is a must have going forward. In fact we are looking for people who have done similar phpBB3 conversions. We have already built a generic framework for converters. We would 'only' need the SQL specific for phpBB3.

In fact one of our new team members comes from phpBB3 and need to get off of it sooner than later.

So if there is anybody you know off, that has done a similar migration by hand or a developer, we want to know about them and help them make a full plugin out of it.

I've just (4 months ago) migrated from PNphpBB2 to Fireboard, so I have some first hand knowledge how you can do that -- but not for phpBB3. I've updated/fixed the script found in BoJ forums. If there is someone who has small phpBB3 forum and wants to share its contents with me/team I could at least help with the conversion.

I have also some code for converting Private Messages, but it's incomplete.
