Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Hi Phil,
Sorry but I don't understand what you mean. Can you make it clear?
Please, I would suggest you read my posts from the beginning.
Thanks

You sem to be suggesting that you are losing the ability to have forum/
If you've set the forum up right, only one URL will have forum.html...and that will be the direct link to the forum on your site. All other links within the forum should be yourdomain.com/forum/category/topic-name.html etc etc....so the only page impacted by this should be one page.

Hi Phil,
Thanks very much for your effort in trying to help me find a solution to my problem.
Sorry but It seems to me that you haven't read my posts yet.
Anyway, to help you help me, I will say what I said in all my previous posts AGAIN.
My forum is set correctly. Right now all my forum links are showing like this mydomain.com/forum/category/topic-name.html etc and only one URL (My main forum URL from the main menu) is showing like this forum.html
What I want to achieve is to get that single URL (main Forum URL) changed from forum.hml to forum/
I have tried editing it from SH404SEF admin. The link looks then OK forum/ but when clicking on it, it goes to a page not found (404).
Hope I have explained myself very well.
The only thing I want is to remove the html. suffix from that single URL (main forum component URL) so that It could look like: forum/
There should be a way of doing it from dulici's plugin codes but I haven't figured out how! Himself the developer doesn't even care in helping. That's really sad even thought he is giving his script for FREE
Please read my posts above again. I have been talking about the suffix parameter.
Many Thanks in advance.

I'm well aware of what you mean, but I was responding to this.....
My point was that you are NOT losing search engine indexing as only ONE url will be different...the one that ends in forum.html as opposed to forum/. The others are the same.
I'll leave others to answer your question.
Phil
My forum URL was already indexed by search engines as forum/ and I don't wanna loose this indexation and start everything over again.

I've tried the plugin with Joomla 1.5.13/Kunena 1.5.4, but i get sections and posts like this: category1, message1234.html
Why? Can't i use names + id for posts and only category names for sections as i did before?
P.S.
The URL of plugin isn't working anymore, can you upload it somewhere?
Thanks
