Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Good work jerry!!!

Will it be compatible with the old tags in articles already for the object clarity discuss bot?

If not prob not too hard to do a search and replace in the database for the new tag that has to be put in the articles.

Thanks again and look forward to it.

Yes, it is fully compatible with the old tags. Only first installation needs your backend settings from ObjectClarity bot. It should work also in parallel with ObjectClarity, but ONLY ONE can be enabled at a time.

Thanks for the updates Jerry, and for including my suggestions. Although, it seems you have been a bit quick copying and pasting though. ;)

"$document->..." on line 384 should I guess be "$doc->..."

Also, managed to do some testing and found the following. If I click on the discuss link below the article on the front page, the thread gets created correctly in the forum. If I go back to the front page without adding any posts, instead of the "Discuss this item on the forums. (0 posts)" link to the forum thread like in the old OC plugin, I get "DB function reports no errors". As soon as I add a post to the thread, get back the link "Discuss this item on the forums. (1 posts)".
