Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

thanx kmilos, implementedJerry, so good so far on my testing site, thanks!
Got another idea for future improvement: instead of hardcoded "com_login" and "com_register" links in FBDB_LOGIN_OR_REGISTER_TO_COMMENT, maybe it's possible to work out some variables and link to e.g. CB if it is set to handle logging in and registering? See e.g. around line 92 in template/default/plugin/profilebox/profilebox.php, maybe some of it could be reused?

I installed the the latest 0.6 but for some reason for non-users it doesn't show the login or create account links like the previous one did.
Is there anything that I have done wrong? I can't see any settings for this in the plugin?
The Discuss link for the forum article is showing but the login/register isn't.
Also when I check my website with the test comment on the page is then not valid html. As it says;
Line 404, Column 24: value of attribute "id" invalid: "3" cannot start a name
When I see the source on line 404 it is;
<a name="30" id="30" > </a>
(It is for the following page if you would like to check www.worldwidehistory.net/index.php/histo...eople/188-doris-hare )
But I can't see what that link is for? It seems to be the same number as the post number if i am correct!
Also just one little thing when I show the discuss image the page is not valid as it needs a;
"/>" on the end instead of ">".
I hope this helps everyone, sorry if the list is so long. But you best know I think. I you need to know anything else then please ask.

first, thanks for this brand new release of this so usefull plugin.
It works perfectly (and without the legacy bot - a big improvement!)but, as for the latest release of the fb_discussbot (h),the "QuickPost Form" doesn't shows opened but collapsed on the front page for blog/categories articles.
Would it be possible to have this new feature on this plugin.
Thanks again. Bye

Its good to see this for Joomla 1.5. I am very much interested to test this plugin. Actually, I have been just hired by a client and he wants me to make the Kunena discuss plugin Native to Joomla 1.5. In the meantime, you did the same thing as my client targeted to have, I would like to help you to test this and reporting bugs for its success.
regards
