The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.
Two new Versions are available. 1.7.2 for Joomla 1.5 and 1.6. There are two downloads! One for 1.5 and one for 1.6. Changes for J1.6 are marked in changelog with J1.6
So there is only one bugfix for J1.5 for leap years

Very cool with a good module like this.
Running J1.6.1, K1.6.3, CB1.4.
I get the birthday shown nicely, but no matter if I set it to Kunena Thread or CB Profile, it creates a link to the profile.
Also, the date looks strange.
String is unmodified: %d.%m.%G
It displays on the module like this (%24.%04.%0)

Ah forgott to change the date … Joomla 1.6 changed from srftime to date class, so you need to use those letters without the %

If you use CB, the given CB Birthday fieldname could be wrong or it is not set
I am using CB 1.4, what am I missing or how do I correct or configure the firldname in CB.
I am running Joomla 1.6.1 and your latest release as of today of the birthday module.
Go into the module configuration and then to the Community Builder Option Tab … there you insert the birthdayfield name which you setup in your Community Builder.
