Ok, I found this to copmletely remove kunena: www.kunena.com/forum/139-solved-or-prior...how-to-remove-kunena
and I did it.
I reinstalled it (the only one option was: "install kunena 1.6") but nothing, always english only.

I'm going to try with xillibit' solution but I'm not sure it'll work.
The problem is that of I follow the suggestion

The files can be extracted manually from the Kunena 1.6 compressed files

I find only:
it-IT.com_kunena.ini
it-IT.com_kunena.xml

and there's no translation inside.

I tried Killbits solution about 3 times and it did not work for me unfortunately. That is the reason that I manually copied the files over myself.

I looked at the installation and found the files you mentioned above. Maybe the other two ini files that are included in the Spanish version are not required, just guessing of course. Try it and if it doesn't work, you really have nothing to lose.

GRANDE MAESTROOO!!! UHUUU! :woohoo:
After hours and hours I got it. I must say that Joomla is a good trainer how every time you try to install something, it repeats you: don't give up, in the end it'll work. B)

Thanks.

Anyway, I just copyed the file (the one I found in the Italian hero's post) everywhere I found his en-GB brother. (it-IT.com_kunena.ini - en-GB.com_kunena.ini).
That's it.

Thanks to everybody, please somebody offer a one-way trip to the moon to berlusconi.
Ciao!!
