I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience, i have migrated to new server and havent noticed that i have PHP 5.2.17, i'll upgrade now to 5.2.9 and hopefully everything will be fine.

EDIT: Stupid assumption, 5.2.17 is just fine for kunena, it's not the issue... any can anyone PLEASE explain if it's possible to revert the started upgrade process?

Look the last item in table jos_kunena_version, for the state column make it empty, this will stop upgrade process
