Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Upgrade 1.6.2 to 1.6.3 gives white page on the first step was created by Baze
Hi guys,

i've just tried to updgrade 1.6.2 to 1.6.3, so i got the inital screen ok, and when i've clicked on the upgrade button i got white screen :S no error code, no html, nothing. Now when i click on the components/kunena forum i see the installation screen and only "Prepare Installation ... OK " when i click on the next button i see the white page again :(

it's a large community so please help me out asap.

The forum runs on J 1.5.22 in native mode with motools 1.2 enabled.

Do you have debug mode enabled in Joomla! configuration panel ?
Do you have display error enabled in your php.ini file ?

Hi xillibit,

the debugging is disabled, and the error reporting in php.ini is set to "error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE" but the display error was set to off, setting it to on now...

EDIT: Same thing happens after setting the display errors to on, i still see the white page.

Directly, dowloaded the zip from here and install it with the joomla installer. Got the firs screen ok, and since then i get the white screen on next. On frontend i see "The Forum is currently offline for maintenance". I can grant you access to my backend if it's any good.

Can i download the tables from phpmyadmin, then reinstall kunena and upload them again? Will it work with 1.6.3?
