Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is for K 1.7 issues only.

K 1.6 RC2 is not supported. I'm sorry, but that's just the way things are. Forgive me if I used the term "messing around" - that was me being lazy. I understand that you have very real issues involved with installing K 1.6 and I'm really trying to help you. And, yes, I think that K 1.6 RC2 had a "report configuration" button.

I think that the problems you are having are caused by your webhosting provider - but I can't be sure.

Have you tried installing K 1.6.2 by the URL method?

i was got that problem, to resolve that : try to extract K.1.6.2 and upload it via your ftp to temp folder in your joomla folder.

and now go to your joomla backend ---> Extension Tab ---> Install/uninstall : press install in Install from Directory (you see there directory given is temp folde). just that click it and try to countinue your kunena installation there.
