Your production site (http://xn--80ak3bk.net/) is running K 1.5 so I do not understand how you have managed to upgrade to K 1.6.

I do not understand how Kunena was responsible for breaking your test site (http://xn--80ak3bk.net/testsite/). The way to fix the problem on your test site is to use the backup that you made of your site before you attempted your K 1.6 installation.

Hi sozzled :) No offence, but what is that you do not understand ?
I have downloaded this: joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsrelease/13...b3858_2010-11-06.zip

Then i upgraded my joomla to 1.5.22

After that i delleted uddleIm

Then i used joomla instaler /from url/, to run the instalation.

The test site, was a mirror to the production one. I have made it, to see if i will be able to install K 1.6

I can made more detailed explanations (all performed to the test site) of my actions if needed.

I understand that your test site is defective. I don't know why it is defective, or how it became defective, but it is defective. Perhaps if you enable Joomla debug mode and look at your webserver error logs you may find out the cause of the defect? We could ask you questions all day and we may (or not) find the cause of the defect.

Perhaps you didn't read the installation guide properly? Perhaps you didn't read the release notes? Did you know that you are running a module on your production site that was designed for an old version of Kunena? You can't use old module with K 1.6 ... it causes the pages where you've used it to break!

On the other hand, if you have a backup, your test site could be restored to normal operation within an hour. The choice is entirely yours. Do you want to spend time analysing the cause of a issue that has occurred with your test site or do you want to get your test site running again as soon as possible?

Let us know your decision and we'll take things from there. :)
