Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I don't have an answer. Perhaps someone from the Kunena development team can answer this question? 
But uddeim is dead. You can see that there was an attempt to resuscitate it, it was not successful. I don't recommend using any "dirty hacks" of uddeim, it can be dangerous for your site.

you could try out what gindi post here about this problem. www.kunena.org/forum/165-uddeIM/167400-u...php-8-or-joomla-4I'm going to test that locally myself on 15-12-2022psoki modified files as suggested by gindi and tested it both on live sites and local on wamp server and it works. I have attached the modified file in a zip so that you can test it yourself if necessary.

you must/may extract this on your pc
and then the correct files with an Ftp server eg Filezilla
upload to your appropriate uddem folders
as described in Gindi explanation but
also point my unzipped zip if correct to which folder it should be in.
1 file(admin.shared.php) in \administrator_components_com_uddeim\
and in folder \components\com_uddeim\ the other 6 files

Uddeim works for me with Joomla 3.10.11 and php 8.1
